The application was developed in response to the needs of Grodno. It completes the whole system of warehouse management and sales support. It became a part of the previously implemented Certusoft ERP system for electrical wholesalers, online sales and franchise cooperation. To manage the product catalog and inventory on a mobile basis, the warehouse application uses the functionalities and data contained in many modules, including the Certusoft PIM module. The overall solution includes many mechanisms that provide information for internal and external documentation and information flow between external systems.
Our solution is scalable and optimized to run on multiple devices simultaneously. Currently, the mobile warehouse application is running in all warehouses and points of the company. The system supports over 100 active devices and over 2,000 warehouse receipts and transfers daily.
With the Certusoft MWM warehouse management application and integration with the main ERP system, warehouse workers have access to all incoming orders. Documents are routed to individual warehouses and automatically assigned to mobile terminal users assigned to the warehouse.
The uniformity of the entire Certusoft ERP system allows the user to quickly check the status of products by warehouse and location. At any time a user of the application can check the goods, their quantity and price.
The Warehouse Management application allows you to make inventory adjustments when verifying product information. Once the adjustment is made at the mobile application level, the corresponding documents (stock shortage or surplus) are generated in the main system.
The inventory check functionality provides full information about the reservation. After scanning the product, the employee can see the name of the contractor for whom a certain amount of goods has been reserved and go directly to the reservation document. A PDF document of the order can be generated and printed directly from the mobile device. In addition, the application provides the ability to add a new reservation item or correct an existing one. All the changes will be corrected on the sales order in the main system of the company. At the same time, the reservation item can be completed by the app user.
Through the application, employees pick and fulfill orders in all warehouses. A maintained constant connection between Certusoft MWM and the main Certusoft application provides access to product information with their exact stock levels. As a result, the system controls the ability to prepare and fulfill orders. At the same time, the correct and continuous circulation of documentation is ensured. The creation of a new document in the application results in the creation of a new sales order document and synchronization between the company's systems.
Certusoft MWM supports the detailed inventory of goods remaining in warehouses. The inventory can be carried out based on the documentation prepared in the main system, which is then directed for execution at the appropriate warehouse location. Once the inventory is completed, any discrepancies in the inventory are detected, the relevant adjustment documents are generated, transfer documents are generated and synchronized between the company's systems, and the inventory at the locations is updated.
For some extended warehouses, there was a need to logistically divide them into smaller units. For such a scenario, the Certusoft MWM application supports a mechanism for transfers between warehouse locations within a warehouse.
The mobile application supports dynamic order processing. Documents for the issue of goods are automatically distributed to the users of the application in real-time. Employees only see items related to their warehouse. Based on the release document, they consolidate the goods from the order for a specific contractor. When the release is completed, the sales order document is closed in the main Certusoft system. In addition, the task automatically synchronizes document balances in all integrated Grodno systems.
Certusoft MWM mobile warehouse management application for mobile devices complements the implementation carried out at Grodno Group. All actions, such as assigning documents for inspection or warehouse transfer orders, take place at the level of the ERP system. Shortage documents, discrepancy protocols, damage reports, and external revenue documents are integrated into the company's workflow system related to orders, sales and logistics.
