We have implemented support for a white list of taxpayers and verification of the registration of the entity's EU VAT number. Just like the Commerbook team, you will check if your contractor is an active VAT payer and confirm the bank account number to which you should pay your contractor. The software is very accurate in many areas. When generating documents or preparing remittance packages, employees will see a warning message if our system detects a problem with the correctness of the data.
The Certusoft accounting system is designed to support the Split Payment Mechanism (MPP). Account data is stored with the counterparty profile. When generating transfer packages, the system creates items according to the bank's requirements. The decision on whether to apply split payment can be made at the time of generating a transfer package or at the level of counterparty settings. If there are items on the document that require the split payment to be applied, our system will take this into account.
Integration with banks also means the automatic settlement of bank statements. Adding a file with a collective confirmation of transfers provides the system with the necessary data, which are assigned to the correct items in the previously sent transfer packages. Statements are posted with a single click based on the adopted posting schemes. This reduces errors and eliminates the need for manual posting.
Employee salaries are sensitive information by nature. Access to such information should be limited to a well-defined number of people in the company, including at the accounting level. Our software provides the ability to merge salary totals from an imported bank statement. Only the sum of salaries is visible in the accounts. Accounting is done as one item for the entire organization for a given period. Other people from other departments do not have the technical ability to see individual salary items.

The duties of the accounting office include the transfer of employee documents such as PIT, RMUA, pay slips.
